Azerbaijan becomes observer of Trans-Caspian Gas Pipeline

Azerbaijan is not taking part in the Trans-Caspian Gas Pipeline project, President of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijani Republic Rovnag Abdullayev said, Turan reports.

Azerbaijan will only be able to become a state for gas transit when the European Union and Turkmenistan reach an agreement on the project.
