Nazarbaev honoured with "Leader of the Nation" title despite his objections

The "Leader of the Nation" law has come into force in Kazakhstan, RIA Novosti reports.
The Kazakh parliament adopted amendments to the Constitution in mid-May, honouring Nazarbaev with the title "Leader of the Nation", which provides additional measures for securing his honour and guarantees personal immunity.
