Iran stops oil shipments to Greece

Iran stopped oil exports to Greece due to EU sanctions today, RIA Novosti cites Iranian Petroleum Minister Rostam Qassemi as saying, RIA Novosti reports.

Iran announced a ban on sales of oil to two Greek companies last week. A Greek Energy Ministry official said that the country was searching for alternate oil sources, such as Russia, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Libya.
