Resignation of Iranian Central Bank head rejected

President of the Iranian Central Bank Mahmoud Bahmani filed a resignation note on Monday, but it was rejected by the government, Trend reports.

Mahmani decided to resign after the scandal around the night money theft. The bank’s president was summoned to the parliament to give explanations.
