EU reminds South Caucasus countries about rapprochement conditions

The foreign ministers of the EU approved a special document on
relations with Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia. According to Armenia
Today, the document passed at the meeting of foreign ministers in
Luxembourg, says that Brussels is ready to strengthen ties with the
region.

The Council of EU noted that South Caucasus countries must realize
reforms in the sphere of democracy, dominance of law, and respect for
human rights for more cooperation with EU.
