Spring to come fast

According to the deputy head of Russian Central Weather Bureau, Gennady Eliseyev, the air temperature in Moscow will presently rise up to 11° C. No precipitation expected this weekend, and the temperature might rise up to 19° C. This truly spring temperature will finally rise above the climatic norm (since January, 20 it was below the norm). 

The Weather Bureau forcasted 21° C this Monday – however, such a forecast is very hard to believe. 

May will be warm almost in all regions of Russia, especially in Siberia and Ural. Lack of precipitation is possible in the Southern Federal district and in the NCFD.  

Spring came too late this year, but as it came, it developed fast, which caused a rather complicated situation with spring flood in some districts of the Povolzhsky region.
