Second blast in Makhachkala

A vehicle blew up in Makhachkala on Makhachkala's Avenue of Akushinsky at 9 am today, RIA Novosti reports.

There have been no reports on casualties so far. The police are investigating the scene. Witnesses say that the driver was thrown out of the car by the blast.
