Police calls Sochi blast hooliganism

The police of the Krasnodar Territory has called an explosion in Sochi that resulted in one man injured an act of hooliganism, Gazeta.ru reports.

The police initiated a case for illegal production of weapons. The bomb went off near a shop on the Donskaya Street on Sunday night. One man got leg injury.
