Turkmen president holds meeting with Iranian resource minister

A meeting bewteen Turkmen President Gurbanguli Berdimuhamedov and the Iranian minister for natural resources, Seid Masud Mirkazemi, was held today, Iran News reports, citing IRNA.

The meeting saw a discussion of mutual interests and joint cooperation in energy sectors. The Iranian minister will also hold meeting with the Turkmen energy minister. It is expected that following the talks a memorandum on energy cooperation will be signed.
