Turkey says actions of Ukrainian topless feminists not criminal

The prosecutors of Istanbul are not planning to initiate a criminal case against four Ukrainian feminists of the FEMEN Movement who organized topless protests at the Hagia Sophia Cathedral in Istanbul, Interfax reports.

A prosecutor said that their actions were a protest to stop violence against women.
