Russia skips Paris meeting on Syria

Russia will not attend the Paris meeting of European and Arab foreign ministers to discuss the Syrian issue, Interfax reports.

Spokesman of the Russian Foreign Ministry Alexander Lukashevich said that the ministry received an invitation for the meeting, but it sent late, less than 2 days before the talks start.
