Medvedev congratulates new South Ossetia president

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has congratulated Leonid Tibilov on becoming the President of South Ossetia, Res reports.

Medvedev wished Tibilov success and hope that South Ossetia will have socio-economic improvements with Russian support.

Tibilov said that the two states will continue cooperation.
