Krasnodar Territory governor promises Wi-Fi at beaches

Alexander Tkachyov, Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, has promised free Wi-Fi at beaches in the region, he said on Twitter, Yuga.ru reports.

The region has only 70 points of Internet access, but needs at least 500. Many complain about expensive internet access in the Krasnodar Territory. Free Wi-Fi will force providers to reduce prices.
