Baku launches HD radio

The Azerbaijani Ministry for Communication and Information Technologies has implemented HD radio, 1news.az reports.

Baku and the Absheron Peninsula will broadcast in HD quality at a frequency of 105.0 MHz. The Republican and Public radio will use the HD format.

The new format is now available on HD radio receivers.
