Moscow will 'not allow' Kocharyan back to politics

Second Armenian President Robert Kocharyan has met Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin in Moscow to discuss the former's political prospects.

Besides the official meeting on Thursday, Kocharyan and Putin had a short meeting on Friday. The topics of talks have not been announced. Kocharyan received no guarantees of return to politics, 1in.am reports.
