The Arbitrary Court of Moscow will consider a case of Airlines of Dagestan against the Russian Federal Aviation Agency on Wednesday, RIA Novosti reports.

The federal agency nullified the company’s certificate for exploitation on December 19, 2011, due to violations in organizing operation, technical maintenance of planes, training pilots, regime of work and rest and other reasons.

Director General of ADagestan Airlines Iosif Likhtman says that the certificate was nullified illegally. The only violations are financial.

The organization has three Tu-154Ms, one Tu-154B-2, two Tu-134Bs, one An-24RV, a Mi-8 and a Mi-8MTV.

Kuban Airlines is servicing passengers who bought Dagestan Airlines tickets.
