Construction of guest house of Armenia’s Embassy in Moscow cancelled

The Moscow Commission for Urban Planning and Land, formed by Mayor Sergey Sobyanin to consider investment contracts, has cancelled construction of a guest house of the Armenian Embassy at the Andronievskaya Square in the city center, RIA Novosti reports.
Reconstruction of the residential building at the Androniyevskaya Square, 6, building 3-4, was approved in April 2005. Moscow was to pay for moving its residents.
The building was to become a hotel with about 5,600 square meters of space, 2,000 square meters of them were meant to be underground.
The Armenian Embassy and Uniprom-I.V.V. were the investors of the project.
