President of Karachai-Cherkess joins panel of State Council

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has approved president of Karachai-Cherkessia, Boris Ebzeyev, as a new member of the panel of the State Council of the Russian Federation.
Rotation of the panel is made once every 18 months. The meetings of the panel take place as the need arises, but as a rule once a month, RIA Novosti reports.
