Georgian parliament to be partly constructed in Kutaisi by May 26

Construction of the parliament building in Georgia’s Kutaisi (Western Georgia) will be partly completed by May 26, the Independence Day, News Georgia reports.

The hall, corridors and the yard will be completed by that time. A special session will be held on that day.

The Georgian parliament will move from Tbilisi to Kutaisi after parliamentary polls in October. Related constitutional amendments were passed in July 2011.
