Turkey allows foreigners to purchase real estate

The Turkish parliament has passed a bill allowing foreigners to purchase real estate, Trend reports.

A maximum of 10% of land in any province, no more than 30 hectares per person, may now be purchased by foreigners in Turkey. Earlier laws allowed purchase of a maximum of 2.5 hectares.
