Dagestani police in state of emergency

The police of Dagestan are in a state of emergency after the blasts in Makhachkala, Interfax cites Police Chief Abdurashid Magomedov as saying.

The police have been operating in a mid-security regime since April 29. The blasts in Makhachkala forced the police to take additional security measures.
