Iranian Paralympic football team beats US

Iran won the Paralympic football competition against the US in Ukraine, Trend reports.

Iran won 9:0 in the first round of A group. The group includes Russia and Argentine. The Iranian team will play against Russia today.

Brazil beat Ukraine 2:1 in the B group. The B group includes Ukraine, Brazil, Australia and Netherlands. Ukraine holds the Paralympic football tour with teams of 7 on May 3-8.

Amin Allahmani, the coach of the Iranian team, noted that his team is well-prepared and plans to become the champion for the first time in history.
