UN secretary general comments on terrorist attacks in Makhachkala

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has condemned organizers of terrorist attacks in Dagestan’s Makhachkala that killed 13 and injured over 100 people on May 3, RIA Novosti reports.

A vehicle with a suicide bomber exploded at a police post in Makhachkala on Thursday. Another blast happened a few minutes later.
