Armenian president promises punishment for explosions of balloons

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan said that people responsible for explosions of gas balloons at the central square of Yerevan, resulting in over 140 people injured, will be caught and punished, Interfax reports.

The latest reports say that up to 144 people, including 2 children, were injured by exploding balloons.
