Russian Bank keeps refinancing rate at 8%

The Russian Bank has left the refinancing rate unchanged at 8%, RIA Novosti reports.

The growth rate for 2012 is 3.6%. Basic inflation dropped to 5.3%. Inflation in the second half of 2012 will increase.
