Turkey, Lebanon to start naval freighting

Turkey plans to start naval freighting to Lebanon using the go-go type of ships, Trend cites Turkish Deputy Minister for Economy Ugur Ejevit.

Cargo will be transported from the Turkish city of Mersin to the port of Trablussham in Lebanon.

Turkey started naval freighting to Egypt using go-go vessels in late 2011. Freighting was organized from Mersin to the port of Alexandria in Egypt.
