Armenian students to study Azerbaijani

Armenia has published the first textbook of Azerbaijani language for higher education centers, Mediamax reports.

The book was composed by the Turkology Subdepartment of the Yerevan State University. Lilit Movsisyan is its author.

Ruben Melkonyan, editor of the book and Deputy Dean of the Department for Oriental Studies, says that the book is of scientific and political importance. It was approved by the science council of the department and has been published in 400 copies.
