Azerbaijani president on his way to Moscow

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is on his way to Moscow for the CIS summit, Trend reports.

Ramiz Mehtiyev, head of the Presidential Administration, and Gajibula Abutalybov, Chief Executive of Baku, saw him off at the International Airport of Heydar Aliyev.
