Guus Hiddink to train Anzhi FC until mid-2013

Guus Hiddink (Netherlands) has prolonged his contract with Makhachkala’s Anzhi FC until mid-2013, ITAR-TASS reports.

Hiddink was to decide whether to continue training the club by the end of May. He signed the contract in February.

The club has managed to become the 5th in the national championship in the last months, gaining the right to enter the League of Europe.

Guus Hiddink started his career in 1982. The Turkish national team was his last place of work. Hiddink has already had experience in training Russian players. He trained the Russian national team in 2006-2010. The team reached the last four at Euro 2008.
