International aid for Greece delayed

Athens will not get finances until it forms a sustainable government, the International Monetary Fund said, Rossiyskaya Gazeta reports.

Deputy Director of the IMF for Foreign Links David Holy said that cooperation with Greece has been halted. He noted that the structure is eager to cooperate with Athens. Greece will not form a government until the parliamentary polls on June 17, so it might stay without support until late June.

Russia will also be affected by the common crisis of Europe aggravated by Greece and is willing to assist.

Greece itself is absolutely cool about the situation.
