Putin praises Russian Eurovision team

Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated the country's Eurovision team, Buranovksiye Babushki, the Kremlin's press service reports.

The president has also said he was going to visit their native village, Buranovo.

The Russian team has taken the second prize at this year Eurovision song contest held in the Azerbaijani capital of Baku.
