Main construction phase of Paralympic Village in Sochi completed
The main construction phase of the Paralympic village has been
completed in Sochi by the Glavstroi company, part of the holding
"Basic Element". By now all the main construction works
have been completed, installation of the roofs, windows, doors and
interior partitions have been initiated.

The Paralympic village is part of the main Olympic village, it
consists of 16 buildings of various heights from 3 to 6 floors with a
total area of 86.646 square kilometers. The Paralympic village will
host athletes of the Paralympic Winter Games 2014, and will become
part of the year-round resort "Sochnoe" after the games.
