Russia's Putin meets with Dagestani president

Russian President Vladimir Putin met today with the head of Republic of Dagestan, Magomedsalam Magomedov.

Putin and Magomedov discussed the tourist project undertaken in the North Caucasus Federal District and development of Caspian Sea oil deposits.

Magomedov suggested that a new city should be founded in Dagestan. That will encourage economic growth, Magomedov said.
