New education minister appointed in South Ossetia

Marina Chibirova has become the Minister for Education in South Ossetia, appointed by President Leonid Tibilov, Res reports.

The president dismissed Education Minister Rimma Pliyeva. He also appointed Alan Kochiyev as the Deputy Foreign Minister, dismissing him as the deputy head of the Presidential Administration.
