Suspected Dnepropetrovsk blast organizers detained in Ukraine

The police have detained four people suspected of organizing the blast in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukrainian Prosecutor General Victor Pshonka told President Victor Yanukovych, RIA Novosti reports.

Vestnik Kavkaza reported that 30 people were injured in a blast in Dnepropetrovsk on April 27.
