"Georgian Dream" denied rally in downtown Kutaisi

Kutaisi City Hall has not allowed a rally of the opposition
political coalition of Georgian billionaire Bidzina Ivanishvili
"Georgian Dream" on June 7 at a downtown square in Kutaisi,
News-Georgia reports.

The political coalition "Georgian Dream" previously announced its plan
to organize a rally in Kutaisi as part of the pre-electoral campaign.

The head of the Kutaisi administration, Mayor Tengiz Topuridze, said
that the opposition coalition was denied the chance of holding a rally due to
concerts which are scheduled to take place on the square.
