Tehran urges EU to refrain from unilateral sanctions against Iran

Iran urges the European Union to establish dialogue, rather than impose unilateral sanctions against the country, representative of the Iranian foreign ministry Ramin Mehmanparast said, Interfax reports.

"Unilateral sanctions - is a wrong strategy, which, we believe, won't result in anything good", he said. "We will not deny our political priorities and we urge the EU not to pass by opportunities to strengthen mutual cooperation" Mehmanparast added.
