UN monitors shot at trying to get to Syria massacre - Ban Ki-moon

U.N. monitors trying to get to the scene of a new massacre in Syria were shot at, U.N. leader Ban Ki-moon said today, calling the latest atrocity "shocking and sickening," Hurriyet Daily News reports 

Ban told of the attack on the U.N. monitors in a speech to the U.N. General Assembly when he said that Syria's President Bashar al-Assad had "lost all legitimacy."
