Azerbaijan becomes chair of CIS Tax Coordination Council

Azerbaijan has become the chair of the Coordination Council of CIS tax chiefs for 2012-2013, Ukrainian Tax Chief Alexander Klimenko said, 1news.az reports.
Fazil Mamedov will be the chairing the council as the Azerbaijani Tax Minister.
Baku is hosting the 19th session of the Coordination Council of CIS tax chiefs today. Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan and Ukraine are attending the meeting. Latvia, Lithuania and Korea are the observers at the session.
Attendants will discuss tax indicators of CIS states, use of special tax regime for small-scale business, optimization of property taxes.
