SP-30 crashes in Rostov

An Sp-30 plane has crashed in the Rostov Territory today. Pilot Igor Makhov and a local from Taganrog died, RIA Novosti cites Marina Chernyavskaya, spokeswoman of the regional directorate of the Russian Ministry for Emergencies.

The message about tha crash at the Grachi Station of the Belokalitvinsky District was received at 8.38 am.
