Car driver responsible for accident with children in Krasnodar Territory

The car driver that crashed into a minibus carrying a children's judo team from Armavir was the cause of the accident, Interfax reports.

Alexander Runov, the Traffic Police Chief of Krasnodar Territory, said that the dead driver was supposed to let the minibus pass. 4 people are being treated. One of them is in grave condition. The police are investigating the reason for transporting children late at night.
