FAS accused of failing development of business competition in Russia

Russian First Vice Premier Igor Shuvalov said on Thursday that the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) is responsible for failures of the program for development of business competition, RIA Novosti reports.

FAS Chief Igor Artemyev said that the program for development of business competition turned out to be a pointless document.
