Russian Caspian fleet buys missile-carrying ship

The Russian Caspian fleet has bought a new missile-carrying ship named 'Dagestan', the Russian Defense Ministry's spokesman told reporters on Thursday.

The vessel is equipped with a special system that blocks radar.
