Another North Caucasus official charged with property theft

The Investigative Department of the Russian Interior Ministry has charged Vladimir Zhamborov, head of the Kabardino-Balkarian Presidential Administration, for theft of state property, RIA Novosti reports.

Ruslan Zhamborov, Deputy Minister for State Property and Land of Kabardino-Balkaria, has been accused of the same crime today as well.
