No compromise at Iranian nuclear talks

A new round of talks with six mediators may be held on Tuesday. Head of the Iranian parliamentary commission for foreign policy and national security Alaaddin Burujerdi said that the sides are approaching a compromise. The six mediators have no common point, unlike Russia and China.
Burujerdi said that Iran will not halt the nuclear program and will follow the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty under IAEA supervision.
Moscow talks may continue until Wednesday.
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister and Deputy Secretary of the Iranian Supreme National Security Council Ali Bagiri met on Tuesday.
Iran expects the EU to respond to proposals made earlier. Bagiri noted that the first day was constructive.
Ahston’s spokesman Michael Mann said that the negotiations were complicated but honest. He reminded that EU oil embargo on Iran comes into force on July 1. Negotiations of a new meeting with Iran with six mediators have not started yet. Iran will not have talks with any EU states, Mann says.
