Mobile communication relaunched in Dagestan

Shakhban Kasumov, a member of the Dagestani Public Chamber and Vimpelcom will test the new station for mobile communication near the villages of Arakul and Ikhrek to provide the Rutulsky District of Dagestan with full coverage of mobile communication, RIA Dagestan reports.

A station was launched at Gorny Magal, a village in the district that had no telephone or transport communication with the rest of the world, Kasumov said.
