Monitoring by OSCE takes place in Karabakh without incidents

The mission of the OSCE has accomplished a crisis monitoring of the contact line between Armenian military forces and the Azerbaijani army not far from Talish, where the armed incident took place and the cease-fire regime was broken on June 18th.
