Parastayev becomes head of Committee for State property in South Ossetia

Leonid Tibilov has appointed Sergey Parastayev as Chairman of the Committee for State Property and Land Relations of South Ossetia, RES reports.

Alan Alborov became the deputy head of administration of the Lengorsky District of South Ossetia on July 2.

Parastayev was the Minister for State Property and Land Relations until 2009. The ministry used to be a committee until 2008.

Alan Alborov was heading the department for housing and utilities of the Leningorsky District’s administration.
