Kadyrov’s lawsuit against Memorial association rejected

The Tverskoy Court of Moscow has rejected the lawsuit of Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov’s lawyer Andrey Krasnenkov against the Memorial human rights association, RAPSI reports.

Judge Tatyana Fedosova read the court’s decision out. The lawyer demanded the association to deny five statements against Kadyrov and pay 500,000 rubles of compensation.

The Ostankinsky Court of Moscow rejected a similar lawsuit of Memorial against Kadyrov.
