President of Russian Football Union resigns

The Executive Committee of the Russian Football Union has approved the resignation of Sergey Fursenko as its president, Interfax reports.

The House of Football in Moscow is hosting a session of the executive committee. Fursenko arrived after the journalists left. His resignation was approved just a few minutes after his arrival. He left the hall after that.
